You can cancel or re-schedule a lesson without charge up to 24 hours in advance. To do so, email me or use the contact form. If payment for the lesson has already been made, it can be held as credit for free, or issued via bank transfer or credit/debit card, subject to a £5 processing charge (single session booking only).
Cancellations or re-scheduling requests less than 24 hours before a booked session are subject to a £25 charge. For clients paying for lessons individually or in blocks, this will be invoiced and must be paid within 7 days, or subsequent sessions may be cancelled. For direct debit clients, this will be added to their next monthly bill.
In the event of a no-show (cancellation without advance notice), the cost of the session will not be refunded.
For in-person clients, where a lesson is cancelled or rescheduled less than 4 hours in advanced, the in-person upcharge will be payable in addition to the standard cancellation/re-scheduling charge.
If you have booked a block of lessons which you no longer which to use all of, a refund can be processed. Your refund is calculated as the cost of the package minus the cost of lessons already taken (at the price of a single lesson). A £35 package cancellation fee is also deducted. In exceptional circumstances, I may waive fees for late cancellation/re-scheduling, or for partial cancellation of a block of lessons.
From time-to-time I may have to cancel or reschedule lessons. If this is less than 24 hours in advance, I will issue a 50% discount on the subsequent lesson. Refunds due to cancellation on my part are not subject to a processing charge.
