There are 3 methods available for payment:

  1. In advance of each lesson
  2. In blocks of 5 lessons – a discount of 10% applies (excluding mock interviews and personal statement support)
  3. By monthly direct debit – a discount of 10% applies

Paying for Individual Lessons or Blocks

Invoices for individual lessons are issued at least 96 hours (4 days) before the lesson, and are due the day before the lesson

Invoices for blocks of lessons are issued at least 96 hours (4 days) before the first lesson, and are due the day before the first lesson.

Invoices can be paid by bank transfer, Visa, or Mastercard. Details are provided in the invoice.

If an invoice is not paid by the due date without communication, corresponding sessions may be cancelled.

Paying by Direct Debit

Payment by direct debit is available from the second session. Bills are sent on or soon after the 1st of the month for sessions which have taken place in the previous month, with a due date 7 days after being issued. The Direct Debit provider (GoCardless Ltd) initiates payment on the due date, with the money leaving your account automatically three days later.

Failed payments are re-attempted automatically within the following week. The 10% discount may be removed from your bill if payment fails. If both attempts fail, I will contact you to arrange an alternative method of payment. Multiple payment failures may result in your Direct Debit being cancelled, and you will have to pay for your future lessons by an alternative method.

Payment by direct debit is not possible for clients only booking mock interviews and/or personal statement support.
